 All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our herbal products and our commitment to quality and safety, all sales are final once your order is placed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to make it right.

What to do:
 Email stephenstriplett10@gmail.com with your order number.
 Include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
 Let us know whether you’d prefer a replacement or store credit.

Please note we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used herbal products

  • Custom or personalized blends

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

 Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a replacement is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
